All LocoRobo hardware comes with a no-questions-asked 6-month warranty that includes 1 full replacement per product and all shipping costs. The warranty period begins on the first day of class with the students and is valid and activated with the product registration form. Class sets must be registered for warranty activation within 1 week of the first day of student use in order to be eligible for warranty coverage. Warranty activation covers the entire class set.
LocoRobo hardware warranties are only valid with the complete and proper use of the equipment provided by LocoRobo. This includes and is not limited to:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy. In order for your LocoRobo products to be eligible for a return, please make sure that the products were purchased from LocoRobo in the last 90 days. Returned items should be in resalable condition and must be returned in original packaging. Products which have been opened are subject to a 20% restocking fee that is to be deducted from the refund.

We cannot be held responsible for products that have been damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the products or proof of received return delivery.
For products past the warranty period, LocoRobo is very happy to support our partners with in-house repairs and replacements. If you require assistance with your hardware, please send a description and photos for all repair and replacement requests. For any hardware issues that cannot be fixed with remote troubleshooting, our support team will request you to ship your hardware to LocoRobo for diagnostics. Minor repairs will be made at no cost, and a quote will be provided for major repairs or replacements needed. LocoRobo will provide shipping of repaired or replaced units.
