Some problems may be addressed via video conference, or we may request your hardware be shipped to us for diagnosis and repair.

If you are having trouble accessing our curriculum site or coding application, please reach out to [email protected]. For issues affecting individual students or staff members, providing a list of usernames will help us troubleshoot more effectively. This helps us resolve your request faster. Some common causes include:

  1. Your student changed their password, and it needs to be reset.
  2. Your school district uses security filtering and needs to whitelist our websites.
  3. You are using user credentials from a prior year that no longer work.
