Our core team monitors this email, and you will receive responses and support from real people. Some issues may be addressed via video conference, or we may request your hardware be shipped for diagnosis.

If you are having trouble accessing our curriculum site or coding application, please reach out to [email protected]. If it is for specific users, please provide a list of usernames. Some common causes are the following:

  1. 1. Your student changed their password, and it needs to be reset
  2. 2. Your school district uses security filtering and needs to whitelist our websites
  3. 3. You are using user credentials from a prior year that no longer work
